Day to Day:
Business System Analyst will assess every aspect of our daily business operations and examine existing and new systems for improvement; respond to and resolve issues and recommend new system procedures.
- Examine current and new business procedures.
- Identify effective solutions for business software system issues.
- Report common patterns, questions, and other issues to management.
- Recommend solutions for improving and restructuring company procedures.
- Monitor company systems status and report any progress or changes.
- Research and estimate upgrades and improvements. Establish specifications for new projects.
- Managed approved projects from concept to completion
- Provides role of projects leader for changes to business applications.
- Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
- Presents proposed application projects to management and manages customizations.
- Creates user-oriented documentation for business applications
- Develops and delivers user training on business applications.
Pay range: $35-$65
