Job Title: eSIM Provisioning Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled eSIM Provisioning Specialist to join our team on a hybrid basis. This role is crucial as we enhance our capabilities in mobile user account management using the latest eSIM technology. The initial term is for six months, with potential extensions up to 1.5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end account creation and management process for mobile users.
- Activate and manage embedded SIMs (eSIMs) to streamline mobile connectivity and service provision.
- Work closely with automation tools and technologies to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with the lead eSIM Specialist, focusing on diverse projects while driving project milestones.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in eSIM technology and provisioning.
- Proficient in basic automation scripting with Python, with at least one year of experience.
- Solid background in mobile device management and debugging.
- Previous experience with QSDM or similar automation service providers in the electronic manufacturing sector.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, reporting to the lead eSIM Specialist.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional experience in mobile network operations or related fields is advantageous but not required.
