Day Shift: (around 7 to 3 or 8 to 4, flexible)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and OSHA regulations.
- Handle and secure lab data and documentation.
- Order lab supplies and assist in test fixture design.
- Set up and operate lab equipment, including MTS Flex Test software.
- Conduct and monitor tests, document results, and communicate with engineers.
- Maintain lab cleanliness and ensure proper data storage.
- Support IATF 16949 and ISO 17025 procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of automotive testing experience.
- Advanced computer skills, with CAD experience preferred.
- Minimum OSHA 10 Certification.
- Strong understanding of automotive industry specifications.
- Skills in problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and communication.
