Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client in Lawrenceville, GA that is looking for a Project Manager. This candidate would need to have direct experience in all tactical aspects of construction including management, planning, coordination, and direction of multiple construction sites within budget, timeline, and scope. This person will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Project including kick off, jobsite logistics, leading client meetings, and ensuring project timelines are being upheld.
- MUST be proficient in working in Project finances (Comfortable calculating costs and progress of a project)
- Procore experience is required
- 8+ years of direct project management experience in a multi family property management organization/projects
- Bachelors Degree is highly preferred (Construction, engineering, Project management, etc)
