🔍 Role: Admissions Representative
🏢 Company: Nationwide Behavioral Healthcare Organization
📍 Location: Irvine, CA | On-site
💰 Pay Rate: $22/hour
There are 2 more openings with the following shifts:
- Shift 1: Monday to Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM PST AND Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am-4:30pm PT (Either Saturday or Sunday can be worked remotely; the candidate can choose one)
-Shift 2: Thursday to Monday: 9:00am-5:30pm PT PST.
Position Summary:
The Admissions Representative's role involves handling incoming calls, gathering demographic and insurance information from callers, providing basic program information, qualifying leads, and converting leads into pre-admissions (cases) for transfer to Admissions Coordinators.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads and web inquiries, assigning them to Coordinators after initial contact is made.
- Address department voicemails and abandoned calls.
- Record and monitor call types using Call Tracking.
- Follow up on calls from Treatment Consultants.
- Send out shift reports as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Behavioral health experience
- Call center experience
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Interpersonal relationship skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing demands
