Responsibilities include:
- Full oversight of the company’s quality vision, QMS and related KPIs, audit and certification (AS9100 and ISO 9001) compliance, and quality team management, mentorship, and development.
- Champion Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective actions, loss reporting, customer service, quality process continuous improvement, etc.
- End-to-end QA support for NPD projects and existing products.
- Cross-functional partnerships to capitalize on trend analysis, maximize product reliability, and minimize costs.
- Other responsibilities as required.
Requirements include:
- ITAR-compliant US citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering or business administration required. Six Sigma and/or ASQ certification preferred.
- 7+ years of related experience in industrial manufacturing sector quality management including ISO9001, AS9102, and AS9100 standards
- Demonstrated Quality Engineering/Management experience, including leadership and employee development, continuous process improvement, extensive problem-solving toolbox, and QMS.
