The company’s services include general contracting, design-build/design-assist project delivery, construction management, and self-performed work.
Sors LLC, is a fully owned subsidiary of Integrare Group’s, established to fulfill the self-perform vertical. As such, Sors’ primary purpose is to supply (and in some cases, install) residential interior finishes and exterior envelope work including but not limited to, glass and glazing systems, countertops, interior doors, planters, millwork, cabinets, and exterior envelope to Integrare projects, as well as to other third-party projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Provide overall leadership and oversight for one or multiple complex construction projects, ensuring successful completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and project engineers.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Subcontractor Management: Oversee the selection, coordination, and performance of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Implement and enforce rigorous QA/QC protocols to ensure the highest quality workmanship and adherence to building codes.
- Safety Management: Foster a culture of safety on all projects, conducting regular safety audits, training sessions, and incident investigations.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Identify and resolve complex construction challenges proactively, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and mitigating risks.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent or similar leadership role. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of construction practices, building codes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Certifications: OSHA 30 certification, additional certifications (e.g., CCM, LEED AP) are a plus.
