Roles and Responsibilities (M365 Lead):
- Create/Manage incidents/Requests/tasks/Change Management in ServiceNow.
- Handle client calls on Dailly/Weekly/Monthly basis.
- Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports for SW M365.
- Daily calls with team members to understand the concerns and challenges.
- Prepare the performance improvement plan for the team members if any.
- Manage Everbridge alerting system to map the on-call resources accordingly.
- Flexible for rotational shifts.
- Handle any escalations or Critical issues on time and guide the team accordingly.
- Fix the vulnerability related issues in Exchange 2016 servers.
