Pay Range: $25 - $29/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Procurement user support for the PPM Project Portfolio system to be deployed Q4 2024.
- This will include working with the users to answer their system questions or develop solutions to automate project entry and updates.
- This role will also provide analytics support to the Corp Tier PPM team and their stakeholders.
- Execute savings and spend reports for the PPM team.
- Support the execution of Procurements scorecards/dashboards working with the Global Services Data Sciences team.
- Provide system access and communicate and create trainings offered to new users • Supporting system and process documentation.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills-Familiarity with Project Management tools,Expert proficiency with Excel and analytics/visualization,Experience with Power BI,Supply Chain,Background in pharma preffered.
- Expert proficiency with Excel and analytics/visualization; Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn, take initiative, look for better solutions (including through own upskilling), detail oriented, problem solver, works independently, proactive, and experience with very large data sets.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field desirable.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable training new users and working with teams.
- Comfortable driving data and digital solutions.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools.
- Ability to work independently, handle projects without close supervision.
