Insight Global is looking for a Construction Renovation Estimator to work for a commercial construction management company headquartered in Denver, CO. The main responsibility of this person will be to provide accurate cost assessments for the companies projects. Day to Day this person will be assisting with pre construction estimating, takeoffs, proposals and procurement.
Must Haves:
7+ years of experience working as a Construction Renovation Estimator for Commercial projects
Experience working Senior Living Facility , Multi Family and Hospitality renovations
Experience building and maintaining relationships internally and externally with subcontractors, vendors and key stakeholders and sales teams
Ability to oversee multiple projects and prepare multiple estimates at a time
Plus:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience within the construction industry
Compensation:
$100,000/yr to $130,000/yr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
