Beacon Hill Technologies is looking for Deployment technicians willing to travel across the state of Indiana with a passion for customer service and willingness to learn and grow in their career. Our ideal candidate must have their A+ certification, and strong end user expectation management. This role will be responsible for responding to various technical service requests in an enterprise level environment. Applicant should have desktop support experience, be willing to travel within the state of Indiana (mileage is reimbursed) and excellent business acumen/ communication and attention to detail.
Required Skills:
At least 1 year of hands on technical support experience
Experience installing hardware and software
Strong customer service experience and deskside manners
Experience troubleshooting printers, tablets, desktops and mobile phones, PCs, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff level to C-level professionals
Reliable personal vehicle for travel- mileage would be reimbursed
Desired Skills:
Experience working with a ticketing system
Experience working in a hospital setting would be ideal
Self-starter with a strong aptitude to learn
Passion for customer service
Personable demeanor-will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments
