Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in the Credit Memo domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing credit memo processes and solutions, contributing to the optimization of our credit operations and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document credit memo processes, requirements, and business rules to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize credit memo requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and facilitate workshops, interviews, and user training sessions to elicit and validate credit memo domain expertise from subject matter experts.
- Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications for credit memo system enhancements.
- Provide expertise in credit memo domain best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standards to drive process optimization and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with specialized expertise in the Credit Memo domain.
- Strong understanding of credit memo processes, workflows, and best practices in the context of [industry/sector].
- Experience with credit memo system implementations, enhancements, or process automation projects.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications or training in business analysis and credit operations are a plus.
