Contingent (12+ months)
Hourly $55 - $70/hr

Role & Responsibility
- Review project & program documentation (Charter, Project Organizational Proposal, etc.), ensuring accuracy at the start of the program/project
- Develop a program plan and project plans for each program stream, to reach objectives and benefits
- Refine business case, program/project scope, schedule, budget, activity, milestones, and expected deliverables
- Identify project team, resources, and allocation
- Define quality procedures (issue management, risk management, escalation management, deliverables acceptance, etc.)
- Define a communication strategy between program stakeholders and project streams and set up project governance and instances
- Organize and hold program level and project workstream execution kick-off meetings, to ensure commitment to the project workstreams from team members, customers, or stakeholders, in order to execute the program and corresponding project plans from planning to closing
- Manage resources, develop schedules and individual responsibilities to perform program/project activities in order to manage project related costs and budget
- Supervise the suppliers in charge of the program/project activities, manage relationships with suppliers (from signature of the contract to final validation or the program/project activity deliverables)
- Supervise and monitor program and project workstream progress against approved plan
- Work with Portfolio Management Officer, other project managers and area managers to manage project workstream and other project interdependencies, while providing regular updates on the program and project workstream status, risks, progress and KPI
- Close the program and projects and submit final deliverables with a formal handover to the RUN teams
- Help to create and promote the organizational culture of project management
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 8-year(s) experience in IT Program and Project Management
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM (aka Dimensions) and/or Kronos Workforce Central is preferred
- Experience with Migrating from UKG Workforce Central to UKG Pro WFM (aka Dimensions)
- Minimum 8-year(s) experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Program Administration, Program and Project Workstream Financial Controlling, Reporting and Project Management Office
- Piloting unit of work for build
- Project planning, scheduling, and scope management
- Strong financial acumen and organizational skills, including Spend Management (Invoicing controlling) and Spend Forecasting
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
