Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Special Systems Design and Engineering projects.
- Mentor junior staff and foster their professional development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Ensure the technical accuracy and quality of all design projects.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize team performance.
- Engage with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- RCDD Certification and P.E. licensure preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of four years of progressive experience in design/engineering, particularly in aviation.
- Strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of engineering principles and QA/QC standards.
