Zensar is seeking a SCCM Lead in Dallas, Texas (Hybrid). This is open for Full time with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Technical Qualifications
- MECM Technical Requirements
- Experience setting up and maintaining one or more of the following tools including Microsoft System Center, MECM (SCCM), Intune.
- Expertise using Group Policy Management to for o365, WSUS, and machine level policy for client management.
- Expert Knowledge and demonstrated ability to script (batch files, VBScript, PowerShell) and automate Windows workstation issue resolutions.
- Expert knowledge in Operating System Deployment using MECM/MDT USMT and Task sequences.
- Expert knowledge in Bare-Metal, IPU, and Windows Servicing methodologies.
- Patch Management and vulnerability remediation
- Working Knowledge of third-party patch management tools, ivanti, Patch-my-pc
- Leader in Application and package expert – must be able to troubleshoot, deploy, fix and automate existing applications.
- Expert knowledge in ALM (application lifecycle management )
- Ability to troubleshoot MECM Server OS infrastructure, Networking as It relates to scope of system functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and triage complex Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android issues, including automating proactive health processes.
- Building, configuring, testing, and implementing images for Windows 10 and 11.
- Working knowledge of SQL Queries and custom report building.
- Experience in enterprise security related to Bit locker and end point protection
Technical Requirements
- Expertise in MDM management of endpoint systems including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
- Expert knowledge of Apple Business, Android for work, to manage corporate owned devices.
- Expertise in understanding Azure + On-premise hybrid implementations of Intune in a highly secured environment.
- Working Knowledge of co-managed infrastructure
- Expertise in configuration profiles, app packaging and compliance policies for Windows machines.
- Working knowledge of AAD, on-prem AD and targeting of user vs Machine groups for optimized app deployments, configuration profile, and compliance policy assignments.
- Knowledge of Conditional Access and MAM setting configuration.
- Working knowledge of windows Autopilot and architectural components.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field or 10+ years of working knowledge in lieu of schooling.
- ITIL Certified.
