A delivery manager oversees the delivery and implementation of our product to different customers. They combine leadership and support skills to help technical teams succeed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for product implementation and service delivery
- Client facing – Working with the clients/partners and manage the new/existing projects
- Multi-tasking – Ability to manage multiple projects/programs and keep the stakeholders up to date.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project risks and dependencies.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to software delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the engineering team.
- Stay up to date on the latest software development trends and technologies.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve the software delivery process.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Have Product mindset – experience of working in a Product based team and delivering implementation projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality software projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
