Our client is currently seeking an Application Support Specialist with incident management experience.
This is a contract opportunity that is hybrid to downtown Chicago.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting client-facing application and resolving client issues
- Incident management within ServiceNow
- Troubleshooting and analysis
- Collaboration with engineering team to implement solutions
- Identify measures to improve applications stability and availability to improve support service delivery
- Track/Manage Incidents for assigned applications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years application support experience
- Incident management experience
- Front-end Java experience
- Back-end database experience (oracle - preferred)
- Basic scripting background – understanding of how scripts are executed
