Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished VoIP Application Engineer.

*** Duration: 10 months contract w/ possibility of extensions
Notes:
- Shift: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm PT.
- Hybrid role: 90% Remote; 10% Onsite.
Qualifications:
- Three to Five years of acute care hospital experience.
- Experience with VoIP apps on cellular devices.
- Vocera Vina experience strongly preferred.
- Basic project management skills (ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, maintain issues list, manage project plan).
- Demonstrated skill in system workflow and business process flow analysis and design.
- Prior experience with clinical IT systems preferred.
- Effective leadership skills and strong customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and shape consensus.
- Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain a spirit of cooperation and respect, flourish in an unstructured environment and always engage in professional and ethical conduct.
- High functioning team skills, including active listening, rapport building, and effective written and verbal communication.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency with information systems technology, which also includes Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, internet, and other systems.
- Demonstrated skill in system workflow and business process flow analysis and design.
