About the Role:
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for transforming educational spaces? We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our team for a major school modernization projects in and near Santa Clarita, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of the school modernization projects, including construction sequence, materials, and installations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all project documentation, including pay applications, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and school officials to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide on-site leadership and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in managing K-12 or university construction projects.
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and installations.
- Experience with project documentation, including pay applications, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Local to Santa Clarita, CA, or willing to commute.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
