Job Description:
- The ideal candidate has expertise in guiding a day-to-day rhythm for a global leadership team, managing strategic priorities and expertly coordinating owners of programs and enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong, meaningful relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive collaboration and achieve strategic goals.
- Coordinate the implementation of customer service initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and meet diverse customer needs.
- Work closely with senior business leadership in developing strategy, operating cadence and frameworks to operate effectively at increasing scale and complexity.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams frequently.
- Drive inclusive team culture and success among a globally dispersed team.
- Craft and deliver clear, impactful communications tailored to diverse audiences, including internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee and coordinate projects related to corporate communications, change management, and strategy, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in Program coordination for senior management.
- Experience in formulation and execution of customer support strategies, ensuring they are effectively aligned with company objectives and address customer challenges.
