About the Job:
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and sanitation protocols of the entire food service facility. The Quality Control Managers ensure daily compliance with all GMP, and Food Safety standards with each shift and each team member.
Responsibilities:
- Daily coaching and support to ensure standards are being met.
- Develop, implement, and monitor sanitation standards and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding food safety and sanitation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Food Safety and HAACP Certification.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
