ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an Aerospace Installation Design Engineer for a leading aerospace company, which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in designing and optimizing electrical cabling systems for aircraft interiors. This role is ideal for an individual looking to further their career in aerospace engineering.
- Design & Development: Create and optimize complex electrical cabling systems using industry-leading CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Cabling Specifications: Select appropriate materials, lengths, angles, and components to ensure optimal performance and compliance with aviation standards.
- Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into aircraft interiors.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical system design, particularly in the aerospace or another regulated industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software with experience designing cabling systems for complex environments.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of aerospace industry standards and regulations.
- Experience in testing and validating electrical systems in aircraft interiors.
