Job Title: Epicor Consultant - GL Cleanup & Support
Location: Los Angeles, California (On-site)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Epicor Consultant to join for a 6-month contract in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Epicor Kinetic, specifically with expertise in General Ledger (GL) cleanup and troubleshooting of implementation issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- GL Cleanup: Review, analyze, and clean up the General Ledger to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial reporting requirements.
- Implementation Support: Identify and address gaps in the current Epicor implementation, including configuration, process optimization, and data integrity.
- System Optimization: Provide recommendations and implement changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Epicor system.
- Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the Epicor system meets their business requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve any issues related to the Epicor system that have arisen from the initial implementation, ensuring that the system is functioning optimally.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, with a focus on GL management and implementation.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Epicor modules, particularly Financial Management. Experience with Epicor tools and customization.
- Problem-Solving: Proven track record of identifying issues within ERP systems and implementing effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently to meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Familiarity with Kinetic
