- Deploying and maintaining commercially available security tools and software such as firewalls, antivirus, data loss prevention, email security, and intrusion detection systems to defend against cyber threats.
- Ensuring all network, server, and security infrastructure are updated, patched, and configured to meet current security standards and best practices.
Certifications are preferred (CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker, CISM, etc.)
· Considerable experience administering and Office365 and Azure environment
· Background in networking and Windows server administration
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Significant analytical and troubleshooting skills pertaining to resolving complex technical issues
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· A comprehensive understanding of widely accepted cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001/2, SOC2, ext.) and privacy regulations (GRPCA, CCPA, etc.)
