Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bi-Lingual Business Trainer who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of recent experience in designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs in both corporate and industrial settings. This role requires a deep understanding of HR policies, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, interviewing techniques, and soft skills training, including customer service, phone etiquette, team building, and leadership workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to corporate and industrial environments, focusing on HR policies, leadership, diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and soft skills.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions in both English and Spanish, ensuring all participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge. Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions as needed.
- Leadership and Team Building: Lead workshops and training sessions that focus on leadership development and team-building activities, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Use of Training Software: Utilize programs such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create visually appealing and effective training materials.
- Advanced Computer Skills: Leverage advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook to create, manage, and deliver training content effectively.
- Bilingual Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish, ensuring that all training materials and sessions are accessible to a diverse audience.
- Assessment and Feedback: Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide constructive feedback to participants for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs in corporate and industrial settings.
- Proven expertise in delivering training on HR policies, leadership, diversity, harassment prevention, interviewing, and soft skills such as customer service and phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in using training software such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Advanced computer skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak at an advanced level in a business environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in both in-person and virtual training delivery.
- Certification in Training and Development, HR, or a related field.
- Familiarity with eLearning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
