Contract Duration: 12 Months + possible extensions/conversion
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, successfully delivering complex projects and programs, and have knowledge in Capital Markets & Institutional Brokerage.
- Business Analysis experience
- Experience leading regulatory/ compliance related projects
- Proven track record of leading large, complex, projects on time and on budget utilizing highly disciplined project management and organization skills
- Knowledge of and familiarity with capital markets & institutional brokerage
- Drive delivery of all project deliverables including business case, requirements, project planning, testing, implementation, and closing
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for managing all activities and people associated with the delivery of a projects within the Risk Portfolio.
- Execute end to-end project management using the Enterprise Project Methodology, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end
- Establish and manage matrixed project teams across the organization, including Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance and other impacted partners
- Drive delivery of all project deliverables including business case, requirements, project planning, testing, implementation, and closing
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
