Key Responsibilities
- Led and managed HVAC and sheet metal projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project milestones were met on time and within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel, to achieve project objectives efficiently and safely.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through effective communication, project updates, and addressing concerns proactively.
- Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies, with a strong focus on safety and quality control.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be based in the Bay Area and have a proven track record of stable employment within the industry.
- Minimum of five (5) years of mechanical project management experience, focusing on HVAC and sheet metal projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, sheet metal, and industry-specific project management and design software tools.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
