A client of ours is seeking a determined IT Manager with a background in ERP / CRM implementation and web development to lead and oversee the company's IT initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, by working with 3rd party consultants/developers to plan, design, configure, test, and deploy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on technology upgrades and investments.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of web-based applications, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure, including network, server, and databases.
- Oversee IT support services and ensure quick resolution of technical issues.
- Manage software and hardware procurement, installations, and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on ERP implementation and web development.
- A plus: ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and database management.
- Experience managing full-cycle web development projects.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective technology solutions.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems.
- Certifications in Salesforce Administration
- ERP Certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
