Building Automation System Programmer/Technician

Summary:
BAS Programmer/Technician will work as part of a team which will be responsible for the installation, programming, start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning, and servicing of DDC building automation systems.
Job Duties:
- Creation of software programs and animated front end graphics.
- Checkout, start-up, and commissioning on projects.
- Analyze problems and resolve issues to ensure the complete system functions properly.
- Must be familiar with various hand and power tools.
- Performs service repairs, adjustments, and calibration on building systems.
- Coordinate customer-training and assist in completing closeout documents
- Provide technical support and direction to end-users and employees when applicable.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with DDC Building Automation Systems, LON, BACnet, Niagara AX or N4.
- Some flexibility to work overtime/weekends.
- Proficient in reading wiring diagrams.
- Proficient with IP networks.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Min. Yrs. Experience: 3-5 years with Tridium Niagara Lonworks and BACnet Control Systems
Education: High School Diploma and/or Trade School
Certificates Required: Niagara AX or N4, Distech EC-gfx
