Job Title: IT Support Technician
Duration: 6 months contract – potential for extension

Job Summary
We are looking for a Microsoft Intune/SCCM administrator to join our IT team for a temporary contract position. You will be responsible for managing, deploying, and troubleshooting devices, applications, and updates using Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). You will also provide support for our major projects, such as Windows 10 to 11 upgrades and unmanaged workstation remediation.
Responsibilities
- Configure, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Intune and SCCM infrastructure and policies.
- Deploy and manage devices, applications, and updates using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device management, application deployment, and update installation.
- Assist with Windows 10 to 11 upgrade project, including testing, deployment, and post-upgrade support.
- Assist with unmanaged workstation remediation project, including identification, enrollment, and compliance of devices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users and other IT staff.
- Document and report on device management activities and performance.
Qualifications
As an Intune/SCCM administrator, you will be responsible for managing and securing the devices, applications, and data of our organization. To be successful in this role, you will need the following job requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Intune/SCCM administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and SCCM features, functions, and best practices.
- Experience with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with unmanaged workstation remediation, including device discovery, enrollment, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Intune and SCCM, including device management, application deployment, policy configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, PowerShell, and other Microsoft technologies.
- Knowledge of best practices and standards for device security, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with unmanaged workstation remediation, including device discovery, enrollment, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, are preferred.
- Knowledge of provisioning tools such as Microsoft Autopilot, which can automate the setup and configuration of new devices without the need for physical access.
- Familiarity with device management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, which can enforce security policies, update software, and monitor device health remotely.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common issues related to device enrollment, compliance, and connectivity.
