We're looking for an IT Technician to join our team and ensure seamless network operations while providing top-tier support to end-users. Your expertise will be key in troubleshooting and securing our network environment!
➡️ Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage, and maintain network performance, updates, and troubleshoot issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware; support VPNs, LANs, and WANs.
- Security Management: Implement and monitor security measures; conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain network records and prepare performance reports.
- Technical Support: Provide end-user support and assist in developing network policies.
- Coordinate with IT staff on upgrades and improvements; assist in user training.
➡️ Qualifications:
- CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or similar preferred.
- At least 5 years in network administration or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, and hardware.
- Proficient in network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with network security practices.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux.
- Travel: Ability to travel to client sites for HW/SW installations.
