We are seeking engineers with strong problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of algorithms to build and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable systems. You will collaborate closely with global engineering and product teams in a dynamic and impactful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop forecasting models to optimize ad budget allocation for advertisers.
- Innovate monetization products that boost engagement and revenue.
- Contribute to the development of a large-scale Ads system.
- Enhance Ads algorithms through Machine Learning techniques.
- Work on NLP and CV technologies for content understanding and taxonomy.
- Drive the success of a rapidly growing organization with speed and quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming, debugging, and optimization in languages such as Go, C/C++, or Python.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: brand ads, content ads, auction, bidding, ranking, and ads forecasting.
- Experience with Machine Learning in forecasting, Deep Learning, NLP, ranking systems, recommendation systems, backend, large-scale systems, data science, or full-stack development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional experience in machine learning, data mining, data analysis, or distributed systems.
- Strong product sense and experience in designing and implementing product features.
