Spark1 is looking to add some dedicated players to our Post Harvest team in Missoula, MT! No Experience Necessary!
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Duties performed include the trimming, weighing, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products
- Assist with proper cannabis care/tend to the bins i.e flip, open/ close, add Bovedas etc
- Support maintaining quality control by visually inspecting cannabis products and packaging to ensure consistency in product standards; ensuring labeling and product counts are accurate.
- Assisting in the loading, unloading, and inventory of cannabis packaging, supplies and materials.
- Create and apply labeling in accordance with product information, testing results, and other required information.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Effectively communicate any issues with the post harvest manager.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
