Job Summary
As an ERP Systems Business Analyst, you will partner with the business, interface with multiple stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide a clear road map for all development projects while being responsible as site owner for all functional areas in regard to the business systems
Job Responsibilities
- Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
- Provide business guidance and strategy to leverage current ERP capabilities.
- Lead the business in proper ERP utilization, deployment and upgrades.
- Assess all request for new projects, initiatives and enhancements to the ERP systems.
- Coordination of ERP related activities with Development Team.
- Coordinate testing to ensure quality of ERP upgrades, patches and/or enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to ERP change control process.
- Providing technical support and training of ERP end-users.
- Documenting ERP processes.
- Adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Keeping abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
- A minimum 3 years of experience in an ERP or related field in a large scale manufacturing environment.
- A minimum 3 years working with Microsoft SSRS and Relational databases using SQL (preferably Oracle).
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Ability to effectively work with end users and business teams for requirements gathering, understanding customer needs, testing, etc.
- U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Cincom Control is desired.

- Ability to be proactive and take initiative.
- Works independently with minimal guidance required.

- A background in business administration and/or project management.
- Strong business analysis background with a track record of delivering large, complex ERP projects.
- Experience working in an Aerospace and Defense environment.
