We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Controls Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a Project Controls Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of large-scale construction projects with budgets exceeding 500 million and up. All projects fall within the higher education, healthcare and biotech/pharmaceutical space so relevant project experience is required. This individual should have experience specifically overseeing all project controls and scheduling within a large construction project and be comfortable working in E-Builder. This is a full-time and fully onsite position. Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Managing budgets, schedules, and quality.
- Cost Estimation and Monitoring: Estimate project costs and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor actual costs against the budget and identify any deviations.
- Schedule Management: Develop project schedules, including critical path analysis and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Risk Mitigation: Establish controls and policies to identify, monitor, and mitigate risk factors that could impact project success.
- Address scope changes, supplier performance, and other risk levels.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality standards. Review project quality compared to the desired objectives.
- Consultation and Guidance: Provide guidance to project managers on project controls processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of specific construction project controls and scheduling experience
- Demonstratable experience managing projects in excess of $300M, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, accounting, finance, or a related field of study.
- Experience working within E-Builder is preferred
Salary: $160,000-$220,000 (can be flexible based off experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
