The Cloud Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the maintenance of the organization's cloud based systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations. This role will be primarily responsible for maintaining the functionalities of various SaaS applications and will interface and support when necessary.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Pay: $84,000 to $100,000
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and configuration of Cloud-based SaaS applications to ensure they meet organizational needs and business requirements.
- Manage user access, permissions, and customizations within Cloud-based platforms to maintain operational efficiency.
- Integrate Cloud-based SaaS applications with other systems to enhance functionality and streamline workflows.
- Maintain data consistency, security, and compliance across all platforms in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for Cloud-based SaaS applications.
- Monitor and manage licenses, subscriptions, and associated costs to optimize resource allocation and budget adherence.
- Work closely with security teams to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities within SaaS platforms.
- Communicate with SaaS vendors to stay informed about updates, evaluate new features, and assess their relevance to the organization.
- Support the administration of O365 Teams, SharePoint sites, and libraries to facilitate effective file sharing and collaboration.
- Assist the Manager and Director of Professional Development in coordinating and delivering training sessions on Cloud-based SaaS applications.
- Serve as a secondary system administrator with a primary focus on supporting Cloud-based SaaS applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technology support or systems admin role
- Experience with Cloud-based SaaS application management
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
