Program Manager
$53.00 - $73.25 Per Hour, Ongoing Contract
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Fully onsite, Hilliard, Ohio
What you’ll be doing:
- Program Coordination: Oversee the development and management of programs that align with the organization's strategic goals. Ensure projects support business objectives and prevent resource waste on non-essential initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to set realistic expectations and provide a broader organizational context for development resources.
- Resource Management: Identify and leverage new resources to support program and project goals. Work with IT and vendors to ensure appropriate technology and successful implementations.
- Event Oversight: Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth execution of events and successful outcomes.
- Financial Oversight: Partner with the finance team to develop and manage program budgets and tech-related needs.
- Human Resources Collaboration: Work with HR to address program needs and support HR initiatives.
- Program Development: Design and implement new programs that align with organizational objectives and set sustainable goals.
- Budget and Planning: Develop and manage budgets for programs and collaborate with other departments to create effective plans.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of programs, monitor project progress, and oversee project managers to ensure goal achievement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status, goals, and progress.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience in program management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and executives.
- Experience with budget management and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
