Title: Non Tech Program Manager
Duration: planned for 18 months with quarterly extensions

Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is release readiness as part of the security organization targeting the different division areas such as Intune or management.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to overall help with release readiness in the Intune space and possibly other areas of the business related to security products or services, the compliance as well as identity.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 10-20% of meetings, 50-60% of day-to-day operations, and the rest would be newsletters and editing technical content.

1. Minimum 2-4 years experience with Azure DevOps.
2. Minimum 2-4 years experience with MS office: word, powerpoint, written communication
3. Minimum 2-4 years experience with Outlook, Teams.
Summary:
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience required.
