Innovative marine environmental services company is seeking a someone who has a strong engineering education (mechanical, electrical, electronic, systems, marine, etc) to help establish the operation and team.

You will work in the harbor and operate a proprietary system that was developed to help keep ships emissions under control.
Assure that ERaaS (Emission Reduction as a Service) systems are ready to be deployed on
short notice.
Schedule and load consumables as required, such as diesel fuel, hydrogen fuel, and crew
supplies ahead of any scheduled operation.
Start, warm-up, operate, and shut down the ERaaS systems in accordance with the
Operations Manual.
Monitor for operation proper operation of the ERaaS system and take prompt corrective
action to remedy any problems that prevent successful operation.
Communicate with serviced vessels as necessary and accommodate the vessels needs and
relay any vessel-related problems.
Schedule and perform maintenance on ERaaS systems per the Maintenance manual, either
between or during vessel calls.
Lead and perform repairs of ERaaS systems as required
Train technicians and deckhands as required
Direct and supervise technicians and deckhands during operations
- Communicate any operational problems or issues as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and industry standards.
- Proven project management experience, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
