As a Child Autism Specialist, you'll have the remarkable chance to contribute directly to the developmental growth of young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role works in collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. It is an entry-level role and does not require prior certification; we provide complete training for this position.

Responsibilities
Offer one-on-one developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods
Implement intervention plans crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy
Team up with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care
Qualifications
Previous experience with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Computer and tablet literacy
Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential, as well as an ability to meet specific physical demands of the job
Preference for college graduates or people pursuing a college degree
