We have an exciting opportunity for an AV - User Experience Technician to support a long standing organization in New York.
Responsibilities:
- Team member will be expected to have the AV equipment in the training room ready each day, ensure the trainers know how to use the equipment, troubleshoot as needed
- Equipment in our environment will be Crestron, Cisco, and Logitech. This is a Microsoft Teams environment but must support BYOD for 3rd party applications such as Webex and Zoom
- Being a point of contact for vendors on site or a point of contact for vendor installs at other locations
- We will be having staff come to the location to schedule iPhone upgrades, or new hires to receive iPhones
Qualifications:
- Must be able to handle AV on day 1
- Pleasant and Approachable
- Microsoft Teams, Crestron, Cisco, and Logitech knowledge
- Webex and Zoom knowledge/familiarity preferred
- Comfort working with Shure microphone systems and amplification
- Comfortable with Apple iOS and iPhone
- Understanding of Intune Microsoft Endpoint management
- Team is willing to train on any telecom needs, deskphone, iphones, etc. They must be able to handle AV on day one
