Agile Coach Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of Android engineers to develop and deliver high-quality, scalable applications using the latest version of Kotlin.
- Utilize Compose UI App Development Toolkit and Kotlin Flows for data transfer.
- Write comprehensive test code to ensure full coverage before advancing to feature and function development.
- Adapt to the existing project infrastructure and contribute effectively from the outset.
- Uphold the project’s established strategy, contributing with a high EQ and execution-focused mindset.
- Ensure alignment with the overall application framework, architecture, and leadership vision.
Agile Coach Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Android Engineer with expertise in Kotlin and Android development.
- Proficiency in Compose UI and Kotlin Flows is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly integrate into existing projects and contribute to team goals.
- Strong testing and code coverage skills.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to adhere to established project strategies and contribute to mission-critical applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
