We are partnered with the leading renewable energy provider in the Mid West, providing cost-effective renewable energy for agricultural, commercial, and utility-scale sectors. With a recent influx in projects, we are actively searching for a Lead Electrical Engineer to join the business, inherit a team, and support the business in successfully completing new solar development projects.
Based in Michigan, we are looking for someone is who comfortable to visit the office. As the business takes on more utility-scale projects, they need someone with this level of experience to support them in upskilling existing engineers and providing more knowledge to their customers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in utility-scale and C&I scale solar engineering
- PE License preferred (Ideally in Michigan)
- Willing to be a educator to the rest of the team, but happy to learn off others
- A confident and assertive approach, with the ability to work autonomously and be entrepreneurial.
