QA Manager (E Commerce)
Fort Lauderdale, FL ( Hybrid Role )
Length: C2H (at least 6 months)
1. Build Product regression automation suite and integrate it with deployment processes.
2. Lead and mentor a team of QA Manual Testers, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
3. Guide resource allocation and workload management among team members
4. Oversee the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.
5. Collaborate with Test Engineers to identify opportunities for test automation and streamline the automation process
6. Ensure that automated test suites are up-to-date, efficient, and effectively integrated into the testing pipeline.
7. Collaborate with the Program Lead to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
8. Participate in test design and planning activities, including risk assessment and prioritization of test efforts.

1. Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development for QA staff.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
2. Quality Assurance Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, policies, and procedures.
Define and establish testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Identify and integrate new testing tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
3. Testing & Execution:
Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Ensure thorough and accurate testing of software and products, including functional, performance, security, and usability testing.
Manage and coordinate both manual and automated testing efforts.
4. Issue Identification & Resolution:
Monitor and analyze test results, identifying defects and working closely with development teams to address and resolve issues.
Track, report, and escalate quality issues as needed.
Ensure that all issues are documented and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
5.Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with Product Management, Development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
Facilitate communication between QA and other departments to ensure alignment and timely resolution of quality-related concerns.
Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, test results, and project status to senior management.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate and improve current QA processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in quality assurance.
