Our client is searching for a SENIOR/LEAD IT OPERATIONS BUSINESS ANALYST to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing global medical technology company.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES & AUTHORITY (INCLUDES DELEGATION):
• Primary point of contact for Technology issues in America for company users in the region.
• Primary support for current ERP-related issues and participate in our global ERP implementation and enhancement requests.
• Provide technical and functional support to Americas leadership in the Digital Applications space.
• Work with the global IT team to meet operations and project SLA’s.
• Lead assigned multiple projects ensuring the deliverables are completed in time and of high quality.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business domains and business units to develop technical analysis and technical documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, corporate, and leadership teams.
• Perform as thought leader for technical business processes to promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
• Work actively and effectively on projects with solid agile practices adhering to lean principles.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical and functional specifications to be used by the development team members or partners.
• Perform application maintenance responsibilities including application configuration, generating scripts/codes, unit testing, data extraction and security configuration, as required.
• Take ownership of support issues, providing analysis and investigation to resolve them within the allocated service level agreement and to the satisfaction of the end-users.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Business / Systems Analysis:
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders to capture clear business requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements to functional specifications.
• Identify the most optimum solution to meet critical business needs in a timely, cost-efficient fashion.
• Create prototype solutions to quickly demonstrate solutions.
• Work with third party vendors to build and implement solutions as required.
Participate in quarterly business planning and steering committee meetings as required. Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with other Applications team members, end users, architects and cloud platform teams to deploy new tools and solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of verbal and written communications when dealing with users and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot technology issues and data reconciliation problems in consultation with business SME’s and domain experts.
• Create technical design, functional design document and SIT / UAT documents.
• Communicate to the business during IT outages.
• Conduct UAT with users as required and manage programs of work as required locally. Training and Administration:
• Focus on creating repeatable test scripts for technology solutions being deployed.
• Create, contribute to and maintain technical documentation.
• Organize and conduct end-user IT training as required.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
• 5 years of functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Field Services modules (with emphasis on SCM, Field and Customer Service modules) desired.
• 12+ years' experience in ERP module implementation, integration with third party solutions q plus.
• At least 12+ years’ experience as a Functional IT Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale ERP implementation desired.
• Strong background in Digital eCommerce solutions and customer-facing website maintenance.
• Experience in B2B / B2C portal management and underlying platform technology.
• Sound knowledge of Umbraco (or equivalent CMS), workflow management tools.
• Experience in CRM systems for Health or Clinical organizations.
• Experience in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science or equivalent work experience.
