At Capgemini, we are offering an outstanding opportunity to join our team as a Delivery Executive - Service Delivery Manager in Cincinnati, OH. As part of our world-class Engineering team, you will play a meaningful role in providing outstanding end user support for GE Proficy MES.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Service delivery management and provide flawless end user support for GE Proficy manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Ensure timely response and resolution of support requests and incidents within agreed upon service level agreements.
- Implement and standardize IT support policies, procedures, and customer concerns.
- Update and maintain IT Assets, Software, Documentation, Processes, Communications, Vendors, Credentials, and Technology Solutions.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and services providers to address technical issues.
- Continuously review team performance and improve processes and procedures.
- Act as a crucial point of contact between our distributed team and clients, providing customized solutions based on their specific needs.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, applications, and related technologies.
- Verify system functionality and follow up on service requests to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with global teams to prioritize technology and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage business and IT collaborators.
Required Skills:
- 5 to 7 years of experience leading an IT Support/Help Desk Team for GE Proficy MES.
- Proficient in GE Proficy software and Microsoft server software including Proficy Plant Applications, Operations Hub, Industrial Gateway Server (IGS), Config Hub, Historians collectors, Web Client – Enterprise (Docker) and Standard versions, thick clients, all Version 2021 and above.
- ITIL certification / experience preferred including ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Experience with automation using RPA and GenAI preferred.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
