Our client is seeking a Project Manager I who will plan and manage business projects and ensure they are completed on time, meeting clients' needs and staying within budget.
Key Accountabilities:
- Determine what the client or company wants to achieve.
- Create timelines and determine costs and resources needed.
- Generate a detailed plan and schedule for each stage of the project.
- Select supporting staff and lead a project team.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and/or services.
- Ensure that each stage is progressing on time, on budget, and according to the processes and quality standards of the company.
- Report the project progress to senior managers and the client.
- Manage risks to avoid delays.
Required Skills:
- Ability to understand existing processes and how they will impact the end customers.
- Ability to dive deep into technical considerations as needed.
- 0-3 years of experience needed.
