Job Description
This role is for a senior-level project coordinator with telephony project experience to assist with implementing a new phone system. This includes working alongside the lead Program Manager, Workstream Project Manager and Engineering leads providing engineering team task coordination and tracking, implementation planning and coordination, and own equipment procurement, shipment and installation coordination and hardware/installation vendor billing reconciliation.
Experience, Skills and Other Requirements:
- Telephony project coordination experience is required.
- Experience with the following tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Excel, Coupa, Microsoft TEAMS
- Must be a courteous employee with excellent written and oral communication and be able to get ideas across and non-confrontational manner in 1 to 1 situation, small groups and before large audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of telephony implementation and processes to ensure end user satisfaction, project continuity and timely delivery of services.
- Participate in weekly and monthly telecom meetings to provide input on implementation procedures.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor.
- Summarize progress of site implementation.
- Manage equipment procurement, procurement, and delivery.
- Give guidance as to where DIDs need to go and provide by typical timelines/updates.
- Responsible for the project’s commitment to quality.
- Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement in terms of efficiency of processes, customer satisfaction and optimization.
- Lead and direct the work of others
