What We Offer As a Dental Hygienist, your tasks will include: - Updating patient records, conducting X-ray procedures, charting, and preparing exam tools
- Providing periodontal care and preventive treatment, performing dental restorative procedures, performing expanded functions, and administering anesthesia
- Educating patients on oral hygiene, assisting in infection control, and participating in dental education program development along with other assigned tasks
Minimum Qualifications: - Graduation from a Dental Hygiene school
- Active WA state Dental Hygiene license
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred (level 10 to receive bilingual differential pay)
- Knowledge of standard dental practices and current hygiene concepts.
- Skilled in dental anesthesia and restorative procedures
- Ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues of all ages
- Effective time management and resource utilization to efficiently complete work within set deadlines
- High level of dexterity and coordination
- Basic proficiency with Electronic Dental Records, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
