Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst
We are looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to help us build our next generation of internal tools. This is a highly visible, global role focused on scaling the design and execution of Anaplan for core sales processes. You will serve as a key partner to Sales Ops, Sales Productivity, and cross-functional partners to deliver best-in-class solutions that standardize, automate, and up-level our sales planning and forecasting processes.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead projects with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners. You’ll need to think big, prioritize the system over sub-systems, and drive to execution. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Wear multiple hats, setting the strategic vision of an ongoing leadership priority, while also developing a deep understanding of sales/sales ops planning processes and driving day-to-day execution
• Perform data analysis (Excel/SQL) and model setup tasks to ensure smooth operation of our models, as well as inform design and delivery of features
• Ensure on-time delivery of project by hitting milestones, escalating blockers, and making trade-off decisions to prioritize features and capabilities

Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years' experience in an operations, consulting, or strategy role with an emphasis on building planning models, financial models, or transforming core sales processes
• 2+ years' experience using Excel and SQL
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce
• BA/BS degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, computer science, other related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in Stakeholder Management, Analytical Thinking, Strong Communication and Collaboration and Project Management
Preferred Qualifications
• Direct experience and exposure to Anaplan as a tool to drive sales or finance processes
• Experience working with or willing to learn how to build models in Anaplan and Alteryx
• Experience transforming core sales processes (Headcount Modeling, Territory Planning, Quota setting, forecasting)
• Exceptionally strong communication skills, backed by stories of effectively communicating and influencing senior management (verbal and written via PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated eagerness and ability to work in a high-growth, performance-focused environment with lots of ambiguity
• Experience driving complex, x-functional projects with stakeholders across multiple internal organizations
• Deep understanding of SaaS economics and metrics
Compensation:
Up to $58.05/hr (W2/Non Exempt) depending on experience
